Welcome! I’m a retired Physical Therapist turned Grief & Loss Coach!

My mission is to help women unburden the pain of grief & loss and the effect it often has on their overall health. Having lost my mother at the age of 23 to suicide initiated me into deep grief work. I worked as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 20 years, helping people heal after a loss or change in their mobility. In this time, I’ve continued my training as a Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Board Certified Women’s Health Coach, and Certified Grief and Loss Practitioner. My heart is in this work as I believe that grief is the ultimate expression of how deeply we have loved. Laura is a certified Women’s Health Coach and clinical reflexologist with a Doctorate in Education. Her health coaching specialisms include endometriosis, perimenopause and hormone health. Laura is particularly interested in the intersection between endometriosis and perimenopause following her own experience of endometriosis.

Having been diagnosed with advanced endometriosis in 2019 during her early perimenopause and undergoing excision surgery and a total hysterectomy (due to fibroids and suspected adenomyosis) Laura brings lived experience and compassion to her women’s health coaching practice.
