Dr. Kristina Calder is a Certified Women’s Health Coach specializing in perimenopause, dedicated to empowering women through personalized health promotion, guidance, support, and accountability. With an extensive background in exercise physiology science and nutrition, Dr. Calder helps women make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term vitality and wellness.
Holding an MSc and PhD in Neuromuscular Physiology and Biomechanics, Dr. Calder applies her deep understanding of the body and its systems to her coaching practice. Her expertise allows her to tailor individualized plans that help women navigate the challenges of midlife with confidence and strength.
A lifelong athlete, including Ironman, Dr. Calder’s passion for movement and fitness runs deep. Outside of competitive athletics, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding, and stand-up paddleboarding. In addition to her education, she brings an understanding of the challenges of balancing children, friends, and ‘life’ to prioritize your own personal health and well-being.
