- Women’s Health Coach – Integrative Women’s Health Institute – in progress
I am a fellow Endo Warrior, and I was diagnosed after 20 years with stage IV Endometriosis. I understand that not everyone has the time, resources, patience, or energy to learn about a disease they are fighting every.single.day.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others who need an advocate when they can’t advocate for themselves.
I’m here for you, and I will walk this journey with you. I will not judge you, I will support you, and I will push you to see your strengths.
Together, we’re going to get through this.

Women’s health coaching – WHC
I work with clients to address the nutritional and lifestyle aspect of health management, and the behavioural component required for sustained change. Healing from chronic illness I know powerful detox, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle are to live in optimal health.
Current clients include women with sugar addictions, digestive troubles, under-active thyroid, low immunity, hormone imbalance and PCOS. A common theme is chronic fatigue. I also work with men who are exhausted and or want to lose weight.
My personal and professional experience has taught me that the most profound and sustainable health outcomes occur when you commit to a period of dedicated support (ideally 3-months) that not only aims to alleviate symptoms, but treat the causes of the presenting illnesses and reduce their likelihood of recurring. To thrive, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Working with women between the ages of 25-60
I have been a student of holistic and natural solutions to health problems as long as I can remember. I have always trusted in our bodies, and their wisdom to heal when given the resources. This interest in how human bodies work led me to believing I would best serve as a physician, and thus I graduated with a degree in pre-med/Human Biology in 2011. In my final year, I learned that I could support and advocate for and with women during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum time as a doula, I knew that was my calling. I have been a birth doula supporting women and families for nine years, and teaching childbirth education for five. I have supported over 300 families as a doula and/or childbirth educator since then and love the work!
In 2017 I became a certified health coach, and immediately knew I needed something… more. I found the Integrative Women’s Health Institute and have now been certified at a Women’s Health Coach (WHC), and completed the Optimal Fertility (OF) and Functional Nutrition programs as well. As of 2022 I sat for the boards and am now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
I work with women who are considering getting pregnant in the future and who want to make sure that if and when they do they are as healthy as they can be. That their mind, body, and spirit are ready for the journey of pregnancy and parenthood.
I am currently a student through Aviva Romm’s Herbal Medicine for Women program, and Yoga Farm Ithaca’s Kundalini Yoga teacher training. I will complete that training within the year to become a Certified Herbal Educator and Yoga Teacher.
I have a virtual nutrition private practice in which I provide individual nutrition counseling using a functional medicine approach.
As we work together, we identify potential underlying triggers and implement the necessary steps for nutrition and lifestyle changes to rebalance the body. This helps to drastically increase energy levels and productivity, normalize gut function, and reduce pain. My ultimate goal is to aid my clients into feeling empowered to live the life they want to live.
My work is client centered. The goals and steps are personalized and tailored to you, incorporating your biggest concerns and preferences. During our work together, we will also take some time to review your relationship with food and incorporate elements of mindful eating and intuitive eating. I take a weight-neutral approach, following the Health At Every Size® (HAES®) principles.
