Through my own medical challenges including cancer, pelvic pain, and Lyme disease, I developed a passion for functional nutrition and holistic health. I teach clients how they can support their body and health through functional nutrition, self-care, stress management, optimizing sleep, mindful movement, and by finding joy and fun in life. I am also an essential oil educator and teach live monthly classes in my education Facebook group if you are open to learning more about natural remedies and holistic health.
