I help clients prevent, delay, and reverse chronic disease, including cognitive decline, by tapping the power of evidence-based lifestyle optimization.
Long before I was guiding clients through the ins and outs of metabolic health, I was in the wild exploring human potential. As a former writer and researcher for OUTSIDE, movement, health, and the outdoors was a way of life. From a monthlong solo trek across Alaska’s trailless Brooks Range to conquering the Honolulu Marathon, section-hiking the Appalachian Trail to exploring Hawaii (my home of 13 years), I’ve always been fascinated by what the human body and spirit can do, given the right conditions.
My deep dive into transformative well-being took me from physical trails to the frontiers of mind-body medicine and consciousness. I served as the lead US apprentice to Dr. Ruediger Dahlke, co-facilitating courses on transformative medicine and leading workshops at renowned centers like the Omega Institute and the Esalen Institute. Driven by a lifelong passion for what makes us whole, I pursued advanced academic work in consciousness evolution at The Graduate Institute and the Ph.D. program in Transformative Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies, weaving deep psychological and spiritual insight into my practical health work.
I don’t believe prevention is about restriction but about building a life so aligned and energizing that optimal health is the natural result.
