As a 61-year-old woman who went through early menopause, experienced weight gain, and struggled with sleep issues, I’ve found my way to feeling better, and now I want to help others do the same.

My background is in dentistry, and for the past 11 years, I’ve been certified and working as an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. Over time, I saw a real need to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, so I’ve built a specialty within my practice to help women feel better, sleep better, and breathe better.
