Jessica Duffin

I work with women who have been diagnosed or have suspected endometriosis, and who are looking to make healthy lifestyle changes to manage and reduce their symptoms so they can live and thrive with endometriosis.

As someone living with endometriosis, I have dedicated the last five years to understanding the disease, the management options and supporting others to live and thrive with endometriosis. I run workshops, meet ups and share weekly podcasts and blogs and provide regular free resources. I have worked alongside some of the UK’s leading endometriosis experts, and have interviewed and collaborated with global healthcare professionals who specialize with endometriosis.
