Through SELAH Women’s Health Coaching, I work with women who want to feel sharp, energized, and emotionally grounded again—to move from burnout and self-doubt into clarity, focus, and balance. Together, we address the biological and behavioral patterns that shape how women think, feel, and age.
There’s a quiet but powerful moment in coaching when a woman realizes she’s back in control. She can think clearly again. Her body feels like it’s supporting her, not working against her. She’s no longer surviving on adrenaline or guilt but thriving on confidence, rest, and self-trust.
That’s what transformation looks like.
My training through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute (NBHWC-approved) and the Impostor Syndrome Institute™ allows me to blend neuroscience, functional health, and compassionate partnership into every coaching session.
At its heart, SELAH is about creating a safe and empowering space—where women feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change. Each client leaves not just with a plan, but with renewed confidence in her body, her mind, and her ability to live with purpose and vitality.
