Women experience many life changes during the reproductive years that impact one’s psychological/emotional health, identity, and relationships. It can be the root cause(s) of the anxiety. I help women maximize their mental health & happiness by improving their lifestyle choices.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of California. I am the sole proprietor of my private practice, Sophrosyne Counseling, located in Ventura, California.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology: Human Development
  • Master of Science in Clinical Psychology: Marriage & Family Therapy, thousands of hours of supervised internship and training, and a wide array of additional classes and workshops in psychological and counseling concepts and approaches.
  • Mental Health Integrative Medicine Certified Provider (MHIMCP) through the Mental Health Integrative Medicine Institute.
  • Masters Diploma in Biblical Counseling with an emphasis in Addictions and Recovery.
  • Trained as a Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals and training as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
